Welcome and thank you for viewing our Early Years Webpage. I am extremely privileged to be the Assistant Principal for Early Years at Fulbridge Academy. Our School offers Early Years provision for children aged 2 to 5 years, which includes our Nursery, providing both 15 and 30 hour funded places. Children can join us in Nursery and then will need to apply for a school place as they continue their learning journey.

 

At Fulbridge Academy, we are proud that our ethos values the importance of the Early Years as a fundamental stage in child development. We recognise that play is an essential learning process that allows children an opportunity to share ideas and experiences. Our approach blends play-based learning with purposeful, directed teaching time, ensuring children have the freedom to explore while also developing essential early skills with guidance from our experienced team. Through this balanced approach, we help children build confidence, independence, and a love of learning.

All pupils in our Nursery and Reception classes are valued. We value strong partnerships with families and believe that working together gives every child the best start to their educational journey.
